Guarantor Scheme
Finding a suitable guarantor is not always possible, especially for international students. But we have a solution for you!
Loddon House Student Living is working with leading companies specialists in guarantor services to provide to our international residents with the safest and most secure payment options.
There are two payment options available to Loddon House Student Living residents – payment in full or in installments. If you are paying for the entire year ahead, you do not need to provide a guarantor in the UK. If you choose the installment option, we will ask you to provide us with a qualified guarantor in the UK, which is normal practice in the UK. This gives us an extra layer of security and the knowledge that your rent will be paid in full.
